A schoolgirl from Guwahati’s Maligaon area has gone missing. Nibedita Das, a ninth-grade student at Ambikagiri Higher Secondary School in the Gosala area, disappeared while on her way to school. Since Wednesday morning, there has been no news about her.
Family’s Concern
Nibedita’s mother was informed of her absence by the school, prompting a state of panic within the family. Despite searching with relatives and neighbors, no clues have been found regarding Nibedita’s whereabouts.
Police Investigation
A formal missing complaint has been lodged at the local police station, stating that Nibedita disappeared in her school uniform while heading to class. Guwahati police have begun investigating the case, but two days have passed without any leads, adding to the mystery surrounding her disappearance.
