Tributes Paid to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on His 128th Birth Anniversary in Andaman and Nicobar

On the occasion of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 128th birth anniversary, Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Vice-Chairman of the Islands Development Agency, led the tributes paid to the legendary leader. The ceremony was held at the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Marina Park Complex.

The Lt. Governor paid floral tributes, followed by other key dignitaries, including Chief Secretary Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, Director General of Police Shri Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal, Adhyaksha Smt. Rajani Kumari, PCCF Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, and other senior officials from the Andaman and Nicobar Administration. The event also saw the participation of the general public, emphasizing the widespread admiration for Netaji’s contributions.

This event underscored the importance of preserving Netaji’s legacy and his impact on India’s freedom struggle, with a collective call for continued reverence and respect for his life and sacrifices.
